Seth W. Hamot

Seth W. Hamot assumed the role as Chairman of the Board of ISC8 in December of 2010. He has also served as the President and Managing Member of Roark, Rearden & Hamot Capital Management, LLC ("RRHCM") since 1997, and was the owner of its corporate predecessor Roark, Rearden & Hamot, Inc. Hamot is also the President of Roark, Rearden & Hamot LLC, a general partner of Costa Brava. Prior to 1997, he was one of the partners in Actionvest entities.

Hamot has served as a Director of Orange 21, Inc., a multi-branded designer, developer, manufacturer and distributor of premium eyewear that utilizes high-quality optical lens technology since February of 2009, and Chairman of its Board since February of 2010. He had previously served as a Director and Chairman of the Board of TechTeam Global Inc., a provider of outsourced information technology (IT) and business processing services from February of 2009 to December of 2010, at which time TechTeam was sold to Stefanini IT Solutions.

Hamot has also served as a Director of Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, from October of 2006, and non-executive Chairman of the Board, from May of 2007 until its merger with Phase Merger Sub Inc. in February of 2008. He has also served as Director of CCA Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of health aids, from July of 2007 until December of 2009.

Mr. Hamot has a degree in Economics from Princeton University.
